Why I Got Certified and Practice EFT Tapping
As a mom and labor nurse, Iβve witnessed firsthand how anxiety, fears, and unresolved trauma can cast a shadow over some of lifeβs most beautiful moments.
From pre-pregnancy to postpartum, these emotions can feel overwhelming, leaving you questioning your strength and robbing you of joy.
I knew there had to be a way to bridge the gap between those fears and the calm, empowered experience every mama deserves. I started tapping during my personal therapy sessions and it changed my life.
Thatβs why I got certified in Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), also known as tapping. This evidence-based tool has been a game-changerβnot just for my clients but for me personally. Tapping allows us to gently address and release the layers of anxiety, fear, and trauma stored in the body. Itβs like having a reset button for your nervous system, helping you feel grounded and in control, no matter whatβs happening around you.
