How much time do I need to take the course?
I am so glad you asked. We get this question often.
The course is completely self-paced, so you can watch in snippets of time over a couple of weekends or sit down and binge the whole thing in less than 4-6 hours.
If you are over 39 weeks, we recommend skipping the navigating early pregnancy choices.
I'm not preggo yet, how long do I have to access?

You can also choose the membership option and then join the birth class at around 34 weeks. Our birth classes are eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement under most insurance plans. In some cases, you can use your FSA or HSA to pay directly for the classes.
We've also seen some insurance plans cover a portion of the fee if not all of the cost of the classes, but this seems to be not as common.
