How much time do I need to take the course?
I am so glad you asked. We get this question often.
The course is completely self-paced, so you can watch in snippets of time over a couple of weekends or sit down and binge the whole thing in less than 4-6 hours.
We do a virtual zoom once a month as well.
If you are over 39 weeks, we recommend skipping the navigating early pregnancy choices.
I'm not preggo yet, how long do I have to access?
Girl, this course is yours for life.
You can also choose the membership option and then join the birth class at around 34 weeks.

Is this course only for Hospital Birth?
Nope This class is teaching birth! (We do have a focus on delivering inside a hospital and policies, what to expect.)
This is important for my home birth and birth center mama.
I will walk you through all the pain management techniques you need and you'll appreciate my advice helping you to avoid interventions including going to the hospital.
Plus if for some reason you are transferred to the hospital, you will not be rocked.

Yes, this is the place for you. We focus on a lot of mindset and coping tools, over 50! Plus I do EFT tapping sessions inside the Calm Mama Society. Which is a very effective technique to calm yourself and replace fear with confidence. I am the only birth instructor certified in EFT Tapping.

Can I pay with Insurance? (HSA/FSA)
Our birth classes are eligible for FSA/HSA reimbursement under most insurance plans. In some cases, you can use your FSA or HSA to pay directly for the classes.
We've also seen some insurance plans cover a portion of the fee if not all of the cost of the classes, but this seems to be not as common.
When you enroll, you will be sent a receipt, the insurance billing codes are included, please keep this to send to your company. Some insurance companies also require more info. Please reach out to [email protected] for more help.
What if I don't want the LNM membership
